I was so busy with various projects today, that I almost forgot to update, so heres a quicky.

I’ve been lacking some sleep the past few nights, so I am feeling tired even though I haven’t been doing anything too physical. Diet and nutrition have been spot on, and everything is starting to feel more like a habit. So I am going to put that in the win column.

Week #3 - Loss of 2.0 lbs
Week #4 - Gain of 0.1 lbs
Week #5 - Loss of 2.2 lbs
Week #6 - Loss of 0.9 lbs
Week #7 - Loss of 3.3 lbs

Total loss : 19.0 in 49 days


So this is it. The last week of my goal has officially began. Good start so far :)

I really didn’t feel well most of the morning. Stomach pains and felt dehydrated, so I decided to take it fairly easy today and drink a lot of water. Feeling better now.

Today ends the seventh week. One to go!

Vacation [Day 48 of 56]

I will be going away for 9 days at the end of next month. It will be a challenge to keep up the same diet while I am away, but I’ll certainly do my best. Until then, I have a bunch of more weight to drop. Still considering starting to lift weights again soon.
