Total cals: ~1600, cardio: 30 min
Cals were way down for Sunday, but the bad thing is that I really ate once about twice with just another small snack.
Today (Monday) it’s much better. Got my 30 mins at lunch in, and I’ve eaten more times.

Another week with no significant change.
Looks like I can’t go for a walk today, its miserably rainy cold. I have to order my equipment. I would have ordered, but just waiting a little longer until I can afford it just a bit more :)

Down nearly another pound for this week. I’ve been eating more packaged foods lately to better calculate cals. I’ll be ordering the exercise equipment in the next 2 weeks. It’s starting to get really cold out, so it will be good timing as I don’t want to freeze doing walks.
