I saw my Dad today for the first time in over a year. He is going to be here for a few weeks, then late next month I am going to visit my parents in AZ.

I also have some annoying pain on the left side of my mid-back that has gotten worse throughout the day. Took some Aleve a little while ago and it is helping. I am hoping that I just slept weird and the muscle is sore.
