I have to be honest. I really have not done much exercise at all. Sticking with my food plan seems to be working well for me, but I still do want to get in some cardiovascular exercises into my daily routines. Once I get back into it, I will have to increase my calories a bit to compensate.
Sticking to my diet plan has become more of the normal for me now. These are the decisions I am making each day, not for a short period of time. It is still tough sometimes, but seems to get easier each day.
