Apparently I turned 30 today. wha.. what happened?
When I came home last night, Jen had a great dinner waiting for me. Today we’re going out with a bunch of friends and going to enjoy some yummy food. I had originally planned on having a cheat meals once every two weeks, so this time it comes a little early, and it’s more of a cheat day. By Tuesday or Wednesday of next week my weight should drop back to normal.
On Monday I am going to check out a personal fitness center thats walking distance from my work. I’m thinking about starting some weight lifting plan within the next two weeks.
Now I am off to enjoy my biffday!
