Calories: Under 1500
I went over to Panera Bread today and had my first sandwich since starting this goal. I got a delicious Tuna salad sandwich on whole wheat bread. The sandwich was about 420 calories which will help me come closer to my 1500 daily calorie goal. The only thing that I wish it had less of is sodium, as it packed in 800mg.
Been writing later in the day for the past couple of updates. Usually I try to get my updates our early, but I haven’t had time in the morning.
Tonight is another 15-20 min cardio session.
