Calories: Under 1500
I never thought I would say that I was having trouble eating 1500 calories a day, but I am. As I’ve said before I am mostly having fruits, vegetables, tuna fish and chicken breasts. Sometimes I have some unsalted almonds too. So eating 1500 cals of fruits and veggies adds up to be a whole lot of food. I am also drinking 1 gallon of water daily, which makes it a bit harder. The few times I’ve come close or hit 1500 cals was when I had tuna salad, which packs in more calories than just plain tuna.
I do believe that I am under eating when I don’t come close to 1500 cals. I don’t really feel hungry most of the time, but I feel like I should be consuming more.
This week I will have more tuna salad, and I might throw in some whole grain bread into the mix here and there to help me hit that 1500 daily goal.
