1 Week until I’m 30.
I am going to try to do at least 15-20 minutes of cardio ever day this week. I am also considering purchasing 20 personal training sessions in the near future so I can start doing the cutting portion of my weight training, which is outlined in this book : The New High Intensity Training: The Best Muscle-Building System You’ve Never Tried
But more on that later. Got a busy day ahead for today.
