I will be switching to daily cardio 25-30 mins at a time for the next two weeks, Trying to not let my body adjust to too many things, and keep the weight coming off rather quickly, at least for the next few weeks.
Today I had some chili with noodles for lunch instead of my normal chicken breast or 5oz of tuna.
