Ah, today is a relaxation day. No running around, not much planned. Good times.
As I am closing into the two week mark, I am starting to think a little more about the next phase of my plan. I don’t think I want to start lifting until I get down to about 210-220. However, I might start doing some light lifting before that - maybe when I am closer to 235 or so, so I can begin to put on a small amount of muscle before I start the more intense weight training.
It seems that I will have to join a local gym for my weight training, as I do not have enough room at my place to get a full workout station. I am definitely not looking forward to spending the extra monthly money on gym membership fees. Most places are a rip-off.
More about all that later as I come up with a more solid plan.
