Weigh-in: 286.1 (-8.5 lost since Day 1)
Cals: 1500
Going through this diet plan, some days are easier than others. Yesterday was fairly rough. I ended up only eating about 1k cals instead of the 1300 cals which I had planned, and as a result I felt really dizzy in the evening. Today so far everything seems to be going better. I have upped my daily planned calories to about 1500, for the next few days at least and then go from there.
Today is also the next installment of HIIT Cardio. Not exactly looking forward to it yet, but it will be done.
