I finally managed to get on the bike and do the 15 mins. It was actually 5 minute warm up and 10 mins of HIT. Even though it was only 15 minutes I was exhausted at the end. I’ll work myself up to 5 minute warmup and 20 minutes of HIT, 2 to 3 times a week.
Today ends the first week of my 8 weeks. The fist 4 days were really the hardest as I didn’t exactly easy myself into this program. I felt hungry and was pretty annoyed the beginning of last week. I do feel a lot better now, with less cravings to eat everything bad around me.
