Weigh-in: 290.0 (-4.6 lost since Day 1)
Cals: 1400
Just relaxing and taking it easy today. Going to do some cardio in about a half an hour. 5 Minute warm up and 10 minute HiT on the bike. Not too much else going on.. Tomorrow will be the end of the fist of eight weeks - looking forward to it.
