My 56 Day Goal/Experiment - Day 3
Today I woke up feeling a bit more energetic then yesterday. I am thinking about doing some cardio later this evening, but as of yet I haven’t done any. I’m usually feeling pretty hungry by night time. Last night I ended up having another scoop of peanut butter, and a small can of tuna. In fact, I do feel pretty hungry right now, and I am already done with all my veggies. I have some fruit and another packet of Tuna left.
In the next few days I might switched to plain grilled chicken for a short while before going back to tuna.
