My 56 Day Goal/Experiment
Today marks the first day of my 8 week goal. To be more precise it is actually 3 goals.
Here are the 3 goals:
- To blog on here for 56 continuous days.
- Lose 40 lbs in the next 56 days.
- Regardless of how the first two goals are progressing, to keep going for the full 8 weeks.
Eating very cleanly, getting at least 20 mins of cardio in daily and staying focused will be key.
I will be staying under 1500 cals for the duration of the 8 weeks, however, I will allow myself 1 “cheat” meal once every two weeks - while still staying under 2200 cals for the day.
At the end of my 8 weeks, I will take a break before determining and starting my next goal which will more than likely involve weight training.

Weigh-in: 294.6
Cals : Somewhere under 1500
