Day #1 - 2007 / Happy New Year Edition

Happy New Year people!

Here are a few things I am trying to accomplish.. (not new years resolutions)

#1 Exercise - Getting back to the gym. - It’s getting to fucking cold outside to be walking, plus the treadmill makes me feel like I can go for a longer period of time, and even get some running in there. I do still completely hate my gym, which is actually a health club. The cardio equipment is just arranged all weird, and hard to get to if there’s a lot of people. I really wish I had something better close to me. I miss Gold’s in LI.

#2 Eating & Diet - I want to get back to eating well, without obsessing over it. At some point this year I want to try eating vegetarian or vegan for a while.

#3 Weight tracking - Once again while not obsessing over it, I will weigh myself probably about once a month. Change takes time. More than a week, usually.

#4 Updating Blog - I won’t try to do daily updates anymore. Updates will probably come a few times a week.
