So I didn’t do as well as I wanted, but i think i lost at least 5 - i’ll know for sure on xmas day. Craziness is almost over. Next week should be a little calmer.
Meal Plan:
Bagel w/ veggie cream cheese
1/2 sandwich
Fruit
healthy chips
water & coffee
workout plan:
30 pushups
30 squats
I’ll try to get some kind of cardio in today
Che: I don’t usually like salad bars/buffets. I really do like and enjoy salads.
