I didn’t have a chance to get any Wii Sports time in yesterday. I got home kinda late and I couldn’t play.
Workout plan:
30 pushups
30 squats
arm curls/skull crushers
30 min walk + wii sports
Meal Plan:
Raisin Bran w/ 2%
granola bar
Turkey/Cheese Sloppy joe sandwich
side potato salad
1 mozz string cheese
lean pocket
1/2 gallon water
2 cups of coffee
