Here’s day #7 - I stepped on the scale today and I did see some improvement, but not as much as I had hoped. Down a little more than 1.5 lbs, which is good for 6 days, but I thought It would have been more. Regardless, I feel better than I did a week ago, with more energy and getting up earlier each morning and exercising more.
Meal Plan:
Raisin Bran w/ 2%
granola bar
2 turkey/cheese wraps(lunch and snack later on)
1 lean pocket
2 Coffees
1/2 gallon of water
Workout plan:
3 sets of 30 jumping jacks
1+hr on wii sports
30 pushups
30 squats
3 sets of bicep curls
3 sets of skull crushers
