Day #5

I still didn’t find the weight sets that I was looking for. After work I will stop by another store and pickup anything I find I suppose. I just hate to waste $ on some garbage set.

Day 5 Meal Plan

Raisin Bran w/ 2%
Honey & Oats granola bar
Chicken & Rice Soup
Small bag of veggie chips
Turley & Swiss on whole wheat
pretzels
2 cups of coffee w/ coffeemate
2/3+ gallon of water

Day 5 Workout plan:

20 min walk and..

Here’s monday’s workout.
45 minutes of ANYTHING that keeps your heartrate between 135 bpm and 160 bpm (focusing on the low end of that).

Pushups, situps, jumping jacks, walking, jump rope, “boxing”. Anything.
