Yesterday was pretty good over all, I ended up being able to do a little more then I had planed, so that was good.
Day #3 Meal Plan
Eggs Benedict w/ small side of potatoes
Toast
Turkey & Swiss sandwich on whole wheat w/ mustard
Soup (Chili or Beef w/ veggies)
Protein shake (protein powder/soy milk, banana, peanut butter)
1/2+ gallon water
2 cups of coffee
Day #3 Workout Plan
1+ hr of Wii Sports
30-35 min walk
30 pushups
40 squats
30 situps
So far, so good :)

Dude, why on earth would you kill all this great momentum by having MUSTARD?

Maybe because mustard is the only good condiment in existance?
