First day was tough. I might have gone for a too hard of a work out, and it got really cold during my second walk.
Day #2 Meal Plan:
1 Honey & Oaks granola bar
1 sm bag veggie chips
~ 1/3 - 1/2 lb Low sodium turkey & swiss (no bread)
1 Chicken Fajita soup
1 serv. hamburger helper
1 Mozz string cheese
2 cups of coffee w/ coffee mate
3/4 gallon of water
1 chicken tender
Day #2 Workout Plan
25 35 Pushups
35 50 Squats
40 Situps
20min walk (depending on weather)
1hr+ of Wii sports
It looks like it’s going to be warming up a little during the next 4 days, so I will be able to get more walk time in, and maybe even some bball on Sunday!
