It was a rough start today. Spent about 1.5 hrs at the dentist, and had 14 xrays taken and a good cleaning. Found out that I have 3 impacted wisdom teeth.
Day #1
Starting weight (as of late last night): 295
Goal weight for 12/25: 284.5
Meal plan for today:
1 Chef Salad
1 Grape Fruit cup
1 Chicken & Dumpling Soup
1 serv hamburger helper (creamy chicken)
1 Beef w/ Veggies Soup
1 Mozz String Cheese
1 small bag of Kettles veggie chips
2 cups of coffee with milk
1/2 gallon+ of water
Workout plan for today:
25 min walk
30 pushups (sets of 10 at different times during the day)
60 situps (sets of 20)
30 squats (set of 10)
15 min walk
Also, this weekend I will be buying a weight set, so starting Monday you guys can include that in the workout sessions you come up with for me.
