Alright, after playing Wii sports for almost 2 hrs yesterday I am sore. Boxing is rough. Most of the time I was playing the different training games, which are more fun and challenging than the actual game. I was getting a fairly nice cardio workout too.
My right shoulder actually hurts today. But that won’t stop me from firing up the game again tonight.
Total cals for Wed: ~2000, cardio: 30m (not counding wii sports)
