Week #16 Weigh-in

This is the first weigh-in since the week before Thanksgiving. Well, after eating lots of goodness for that past week, and generally keeping a much higher sodium diet then I have it’s shown in numbers. Probably didn’t help that I didn’t get too much cardio in either with rainy weather. First week I’ve gained anything back, and it’s with a BANG baby.

Around 3 1/2 lbs gained since I last weighed myself. I am going to see how much of that is water weight next week, but I should be able to drop a good amount of it easily.

Week #16 Weigh-in: 294.7 (+3.7)
Week #13 Weigh-in: 291.0 (-0.0) * scale couldn’t decide between +.01/-01
Week #12 Weigh-in: 291.0 (-0.2)
Week #11 Weigh-in: 291.2 (-0.1)
Week #10 Weigh-in: 291.3 (-0.9)

Anyone else enjoying Wii goodness? The Wii sports gets you a bit more active than ragular games which is nice. The boxing can get your sweating a bit after a couple of rounds. Too bad that it isn’t online.

I’ll post food details for yesterday later on.

    Make cardio as regular and routine as busting ass, and you won’t have to count the lbs, you’ll just need to keep buying smaller belts.
