Down nearly another pound for this week. I’ve been eating more packaged foods lately to better calculate cals. I’ll be ordering the exercise equipment in the next 2 weeks. It’s starting to get really cold out, so it will be good timing as I don’t want to freeze doing walks.

Monday was decent. Cals: ~2100, took off from cardio. Back on track w/ cardio today! I will do my weigh in tomorrow. I didn’t weigh in this morning - way to tired to recall that it was even Tuesday - and I rather not night.

I took off from work on Friday just to relax. Power ended up being out for about 8 hours at home due to high wind damage. Fun, eh? :) Spent most of the day out anyway, so it wasn’t that bad.

I have been eating a bit more packaged foods so that brings up my sodium intake up.
Cals ~2500 (too many today), cardio: 30 min
I will go and look at some cardio equipment tomorrow. Probably a bike. I will also pick up a few dumb bells.
