Erik: I agree. On Wed I didn’t eat enough calories. My estimate was around 1600 or so. I didn’t feel too hungry and I was just tired. I had around 2200 today, so I made up for it a little.

Lazy Sunday #2

Sunday was just lazy. Pretty much played video games (Lego Star Wars II) all day, and chilled. Good times.
Food Intake was on the low side, but probably higher than normal on the sodium intake.
