Cardio: 30 mins

Just to answer some questions real fast.. The reason why I am currently sticking to doing around 30 mins of very light cardio is because I have never taken this approach before. In the past I would join the gym, work out really hard for about 2 months, and burn myself out.
This time, I figured that I’d take my time. Even if it means that I am losing a lot less weight per week, I rather do that then burn out.
I will be throwing in random harder and longer workouts in there from time to time as well.
Just trying to figure out what works best for me. As soon as I see that my progress has stalled for a period of time, I’ll change it all up.

If! IF you see your progress stall :) BTW I think you should challenge Jared to a duel of some sort once you’re a skinny biatch.
