Week #6 Weigh-in

I really was not expecting to lose any weight this time around. I had a few days where I ate more, and those days were also high in sodium. I still managed to lose .3 lbs. Kind of pumped about that. I managed to get a good amount of sleep last night, so I am well rested and ready for some more Halo tonight :) Anyone play?

Week #6 Weigh-in: 295.2 (-0.3)
Week #5 Weigh-in: 295.5 (-1.5)
Week #4 Weigh-in: 297.0 (-2.0)
Week #3 Weigh-in: 299.0 (-2.2)
Week #2 Weigh-in: 301.2 (-4.0)
Week #1 Weigh-in: 305.2 (Initial)

Monday’s Food:

Cereal with Silk
Chinese (Chicken & Broccoli)
3 Steamed dumplings
1 Mozz string cheese
100 cal snack pack
honey & oats granola bar
1 serving kettle potato chips
coffee & water

Total cals ~2200

Cardio: 30 min walk
