Yesterday SUCKED! I couldn’t even get myself to post, I just felt defeated. I don’t want to go into it, so enjoy these two photos which show my whole day…
The day started out well though.
Week #2 weigh-in: 301.2 (loss of 4lbs the past week)
I worked really hard on my diet all last week. Didn’t really eat crap at all, and stayed focused. However, I didn’t do as much cardio as I would have liked, but it still worked out well. I am also thinking that because I did under eat probably a bit too much a few days, it’s probably good that I didn’t do cardio as often.

Yeah, sucks about yer car.

Congrats on the weight loss. Sucks about your car - though it was my dream car for a few years in the 90s.
