This ended up being one of the best weekends I’ve had so far as nutrition and eating.
Saturday I had under 1800 cals, and Sunday I had around 1700. I didn’t get too much gym time in, but I did go for a few walks and played a little bball on Saturday evening.
I think I forgot to mention that I got my MacBook back on Wed morning. It was gone for under 45 hours total, and most of that time was transit. Apple has phenomenal customer care, and I couldn’t be happier. I got it back, and everything is fixed. They replaced the outer casing where it was discolored, and replaced the trackpad button.
Tomorrow is weigh-in day! Pretty pumped! I should see a little bigger difference than last week hopefully. The only thing that I am sort of worried about is not eating enough. Last time I had my BMR checked it was around 2800 or so, which means I’d nead to eat 2800 cals a day to maintain my weight at that current time.
To have your MBR checked and get an accurate reading, you need to have a test done. The most popular test is the BodyGem where you breathe into the device for a few minutes and it calculates your BMR fairly accurately. You can also get a general idea of what your BMR is by using this calculator.
Lastly, congratulations to Colin for achieving his one of his goals!
