Quick Update, staying on track

I have not updated in about 2 days. Been really busy at work, so I just wanted to write a quick update.

My total calorie consumption for the last 2 day has been under 1800 per day. Eating clean foods and staying on track. I haven’t had any extra time, so I have not been able to get in too much cardio, but I did go and walk around for a bit. Feeling pretty good in general, and it seems that I am heading in the right direction.

I have to get some shopping done, so I will write a bigger update tomorrow. Thanks for all the comments and the motivation!

    Walking is the hot exercise… I’ve heard that your basal rate be multiple times higher during walking, fo sho. You’re welcome for all the comments etc… I’m trying to make sure I’m aknowledged when you do your first subway commercial :-D

    Keep it up. Daily updates are nearly impossible to keep up, so simply try to check your progress at least once a week.

    Colin, John has commited to 6 day a week updates. Please don’t discourage him from meeting his goals :)

    I will update 7 days a week as long as it’s possible. Might skip a day (or two) if I am working 95 hours that week tho.
