Should I be eating more?

So what do you do when you don’t have a car to go to the gym? Uhm.. Well… Last night I actually tried something that millions of people do every day. I went to the place they call “outside” and I jogged-walked. It worked out fairly well I would say. I didn’t go for as long as I would have done cardio at the gym, but at least I got out there. I’ve been outside before, and even gone for many walks and played basketball and some other sports like Ultimate (Yes it does rule Colin!), but it’s been a real long time since I’ve gone for a jog or a run.

Total calorie consumption for Tuesday: ~1800

Why am I having a problem with underrating? I really want to be a lot closer to 2200-2300 calories so my body doesn’t think that I am starving. I might have more progress then.

I think the problem is with the food I am eating. When you eat like shit, eating 2500 or 3000 calories is very easy. You can do it in 2-3 seatings easily! But when you are eating healthy cleaner foods, 2500 calories is A LOT OF FOOD! I don’t exactly go to bed starving each night. Sometimes I might feel just a tad hungry, but that’s about it.

It’s amazing how much clean food 2500 calories is.

Real quick: My MacBook was picked up by DHL yesterday at 9AM. I got an email from Apple today at 7:20AM notifiing me they had recieved my macbook. I checked the status at 11AM and they are already repairing it. It’s very impressive how well they keep the customer informed, as well as the speed which they are working at.

Apple Care

Good job Apple! Now send it back already :)

Now they need RSS and SMS alerts!

Good job dude… I feel your pain - too much food and too little time… I’d rather go to “the outside” too, but it’s damn time consuming.

You’ll have to find your balance. But for your height I doubt that anything over 2,000 would be needed.

Colin: Did you just call me short? :)

Erik… outside is normally no more than 300 feet away… that would take what… 1 minute, 1 and a half if you stopped at the water fountain?

John: Apple has their shit together. Best buy takes about 4 weeks to fix an ipod issue (3rd party partner, shipping etc), and the threat of a lawsuit to fufill their warantee agreements :)

I have made my last purchase with them…

Walking fast ir running is a great way to lose pounds fast. Even if you skimp on some cardio at the gym, at least you walked there and back.
