This is my first weigh-in since joining “the diet”, so I guess this is my initial one. The day I joined I was hovering near 307.1, and 6-days later, I am 305.2. Total loss of 1.9lbs in 6 days. Probably would have been a little more if it wasn’t for Saturday night’s pizza fest!
Feeling pretty good, lots of work to do but trying to focus on small goals, instead of being overwhelmed.
Probably going to Panera for lunch today for 1/2 a sandwich and 1/2 house salad. I also have some whole wheat pasta that I brought in for later on.

Yea, that sodium really holds in water weight.
I like your idea of small goals - I always get overwhelmed looking at where I want to go, not how far I’ve come. If you can manage to just focus on how far you’ve come and achieving just your next goal - you’ll win no problem!

Good work- pizza is hard to quit. My boyfriend quit pizza and beer (but nothing else) for a year and lost tons of weight. Try that diet!
