Staying on track with my diet plan seems to becoming more routine. Easier to make the right decision, and less thought into it.
Total cals consumed for Wed: Under 2k.

Weekend Update, BMR

This ended up being one of the best weekends I’ve had so far as nutrition and eating.

Total calories consumed for Wed: ~1700
No cardio last night. I felt really sore from Monday night, and I figured that I should rest. As a result I consumed less calories. Tonight is Back and Triceps at the gym, as well as cardio.
