Monday EOD - Today sux0rz

Food Intake for Monday:
Breakfast: Whole wheat bagel with veggy cream cheese, sm iced coffee
Lunch: Chicken buffalo salad (minus the chicken, which was nasty), all-fruit smoothie
Snack: 10-15pc of Dark Choc. Bridge Mix, oz OJ
Dinner: Egg beaters and small side of lasagne
Cardio:
None

Alright! Sunday was an okay day. Pretty much stayed on track for food and cardio, but I could have done better for sure.
Food:

Breakfast: Eggbeaters with a little cheese
Snack: Pear
Lunch: Chips and some dip
Snack: Lean Pocket
Dinner: Personal Home made pizza on wheat crust, small side of veggy chilly
Cardio:

Today went by faster than usual. Spent a little over 9 hours at work, most of the time with 5 other people in my office. It was fairly productive though.
