Lazy Sunday!

Food Intake:

    Breakfast: 1 bowl Healthy Valley cereal
    Lunch: 2 Lean Pockets, Arizona Sweet Tea
    Dinner: Grilled Cheese (No butter)

Weight for Monday: 306.3 - Not too bad considering that I was sick all last week and did basically no cardio. Today I am feeling 90% better. I played bball for about 45 minutes this morning. Had some cereal for breakfast and took a multi-vitamin.
