Today was much better.. probably felt 50% better than Friday.
Food Intake:
Breakfast: eggbeaters omelet, w/ 1 slice of American and 8oz coffee w/ skim and 1 sugar
Lunch: Chicken Romano (chicken cutlet and pasta with cheese), 1 glass of coke
Snack: Strawberry Banana smoothie
Snack: Popcorn
Dinner: 1 bowl of Healthy Valley cereal, w/ silk
It’ll be interesting to see what my weight will be on Monday after this week. I feel like I’ll be 100% by this Monday, and ready to go.
