Wed EOD

Yesterday ended up being a whatever day too.

Food Intake:

    Breakfast: Whole wheat bagel with veggy cream cheese, small coffee
    Snack: Tea
    Lunch: Chicken noodle soup
    Dinner: 1 slice of thin pizza, tuna salad platter(with tomatoes and lettuce)
    Snack: Starbucks Iced Coffee
    Snack: 1/2 bowl of Healthy Valley cereal

    Cardio None

I was feeling a lot better half way through the day, but by the end of the day it got bad again. Due to a stuffy nose and sinus pressure I got about 3 hours of sleep. I was considering calling out today, but I made it into work on time, even though I literally woke up 5 minutes before I had to leave.

Even though I feel worse than yesterday in some ways, I feel better in others. I think I might be able to get back on cardio tomorrow as long as what’s left of this cold is just a stuffy nose.

Che: I will start doing my EODs at EOD. Also, about the multi vitamins, what brand do you use?

I will take Che’s advice and buy 2 different dumbbells and bring them in to work to use them while I read or when I am not typing. Great way to tone up some muscles and burn a few extra calories!
