EOD at EOD :)

Here is my EOD. Day went kinda slow and I was tired since I had very little sleep. I will start taking multi-vitamins with breakfast, beginning tomorrow.

Food Intake:

    Breakfast: whole wheat bagel w/ veggy cream cheese, small iced coffee 2 sugars
    Lunch: Buffalo Chicken Salad, free squeezed OJ
    Snack: 5 chicken tenders, Small Veggie potato chips
    Dinner: wheat pasta with sauce (tomato based)

    Watch out for those ‘chicken tenders’, that usually means ‘deep fried evil’. I don’t know if you have a Costco membership, but I personally always have a bag of frozen skinless chicken breast that I keep in my fridge. Like 30 mins before you’re going to cook, just throw a breast in a ziplock, squeeze most of the air out and seal it, and then put it in a bowl under your tap water, and have the water running into the bowl really lightly. Tastes better than the nuggies too, if you are willing to chop up some garlic and mushrooms or some such.

    6 a week… Give me a little bit of a break :)

    Feeling about 47% better today, just taking it easy.. We’re about to head out to the mall I think and walk around a bit. Yesterday was just a mess of a day, lots of shit going on at work.
