Still Sick, not cool

So yesterday sucked, and today seems a little worse. Not fun!

Food Intake for Tuesday:

    Breakfast: Whole wheat bagel
    Snack: Tea, little sugar and honey
    Lunch: Chicken Noodle Soup
    Snack: Dried papaya, 1 shortbreak cookie
    Dinner: 5 chicken fingers
    Snack: eggbeaters

Cardio: None

I don’t think I’ll be doing any cardio today either, and maybe not even tomorrow unless I wake up and don’t feel like passing out immediately.

I gotta say, it stinks being sick in the summer, especially going from AC to warm weather and back to AC.

Any recommendations on what vitamins I should start taking on a daily basis? What do you guys take, if anything..

    EOD at EOD will be a crappy EOD! Generally I don’t like multi-vitamins, they seems to hurt my stomach a little.

    Do you take them with food? I normally eat breakfast and then take them directly afterwards…

    I used to take GNC’s Ultra Mega Green vitamins, but I just started taking Universal’s Animal Pak.
